"Fasting without prayer is like a lamp without oil"
Loading Lent. It is forty days to prepare his soul for Holy Week, the last week of Jesus' life and His resurrection.
Lent we celebrate the memorial of Jesus' post, where for 40 days in the desert had not eaten nor drank, but he prayed to understand and how best to fulfill the will of the Father.
Let us ask God that we make the most of this holy time. To help us do this several different mortification, which can be taken at this time.
